Russo Law Group, P.C. is seeking an experienced Probate & Estate Administration Attorney to join our established Elder Law and Trusts & Estates practice on Long Island.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience handling probate and estate administration matters, including Surrogate’s Court proceedings, and be able to independently manage cases from inception through completion.

Requirements

Admitted to practice law in New York State
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of probate and estate administration procedures
Excellent communication, attention to detail, organizational, and client service skills
Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with attorneys and support staff
