We currently have an opening in Modesto for a full-time experienced attorney who will work directly with case managers/paralegals to help clients recover compensation for injuries caused by the fault of others.

Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a passion to advocate for our clients.

Required:

CA State bar license
Bilingual (Spanish)
Reliable transportation

Requirements

Duties include:

Client interviews
Communicating with insurance adjusters, medical providers, other attorneys, and experts
Negotiating settlements
Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop successful case handling strategies
Litigation responsibilities: Drafting complaints/answers, motions, discovery requests/responses, preparing legal briefs and correspondence.
