Description

The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives under pressure, and has substantial experience supporting litigation attorneys through all phases of active cases. 

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare, proofread, format, and finalize legal pleadings and discovery for civil litigation cases, including motions, oppositions, and briefs. 
• E-file documents in multiple jurisdictions. 
• Manage court deadlines, hearing dates, and scheduling notices. 
• Prepare hearing binders, deposition materials, and exhibits. 
• Maintain well-organized electronic case files. 
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys including scheduling, calendaring deadlines, and coordinating travel. 
• Act as a point of contact for vendors and clients as needed. 
• Triage urgent tasks and be available to work overtime when deadlines demand it. 

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a litigation-focused legal assistant or secretary role. 
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filing protocols across Nevada and Federal courts. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to stay calm and organized under pressure with strong prioritization skills.
