Personal Injury Attorney in Calabasas, CA

We are looking for attorneys who want to help people injured by the negligence of others. Our firm exclusively represents people injured in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, wrongful death, and similar cases. We are seeking attorneys to join our legal team and handle the litigation stages of our personal injury cases. We welcome both newly admitted and experienced attorneys.

Responsibilities:

Conducting legal research and analysis
Drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
Representing clients in depositions, mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings
Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their case
Collaborating with other members of the legal team to achieve successful outcomes for clients
Staying up to date on California laws and regulations relevant to personal injury cases

Compensation

$100,000–$190,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements

Qualifications:

Admission to the California State Bar
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing exceptional client service
Negotiation skills
Litigation experience, including depositions, hearings, and trials, is a plus
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
