Company History

The Law Firm was opened in 1945 by William A. Steckel, now deceased, as a sole practitioner. Steckel and Stopp was formed as a partnership in 1976 when Charles W. Stopp, now deceased, joined the firm. In 1994, as part of retirement plans for Attorney Steckel, Charles A. Waters, now retired, became a partner. Stephen A. Strack and Keith W. Strohl joined the firm in 2003 and 2004, respectfully. In 2015, as part of retirement plans for Attorney Stopp and Attorney Waters, Stephen A. Strack and Keith W. Strohl became partners.
