Description

Job Overview 

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to handle cases in both Nevada State Court and Federal Court. Prior experience working on Personal Injury cases is a requirement. You will be expected to work on these cases independently with minimal assistance from the supervising attorney. 

Skills 

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience handling Personal Injury cases in Nevada
• Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail
• Empathy and ability to build relationships with clients 
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment with other staff members and attorneys

License/Certification

      NV Bar License (Required)
